An 'Ocean' of love for this little girl

I had the privilege to photograph this precious baby while she was still in the womb, and it was during that session that Mom and I found out that we had several common friends. I was so excited to meet miss Oceana, and after what seems like a long long wait, she is here and even more beautiful than I imagined.

Family-O-Fun. Fresno Family and Child photography

Q: What do you get when you cross a wacky dad who will do anything to get a laugh, an observant 4 month old, an active 18 month old, a 3 year old with her OWN ideas, and a mother who adores the whole bunch?

A: A laugh filled afternoon with the "Family-O-Fun" full of wonderful candid photographs. Thanks for a great day everyone!

A daddy in love

I so enjoyed watching how this new Daddy looked at his 11 day old daughter. He was so proud of both mommy and baby, and was so sweet and gentle with them. Congratulations on your beautiful little girl!

Happy Birthday Sean!

Almost a year has passed since I first met this family. During these past 4 sessions we had together, Sean went from a beautiful bald baby to a toddler with curly blond locks. His big personality and bright eyes have never ceased to amaze me. Thanks for a wonderful year!

Here is a year in review over the past four sessions together.

Appreciation

I generally keep my text brief, but today I seem to be full of words. After the session this afternoon I began to reflect... What a blessed life I live. I know I have mentioned a few times already about how lucky I am to have this "talent" of photography, but more and more frequently I am getting present to the true gift it is in my life. Being invited into homes to capture a brand new being, I get to share in their joy and create wonderful memories of their quickly growing baby that they might not otherwise have. It's a real privilege.

I am also truly enjoying the new office space I have in the 1926 bungalow we just moved into. The dark hardwood floors, plaster walls and old picture rails all add to the history and charm of this house that I so love being around. It is located in the Fresno High area, and if any of you know the location you may be familiar with the train that passes by... during the day and all hours of the night the train chugs its way within 2 blocks of our house, all the while blowing its horn through my entire neighborhood. It was quite distracting at first, and even woke me up a few times, but now I smile as it "screams" its way through the area, adding once again to that unexpected bit of character this neighborhood offers. What happy energy this house has, its a wonderful place to spend my days.

Having a great husband, a new home, and a career that will allow me to be a stay at home mother, I am all set up for adding a new life to our family. Motherhood is the biggest dream I have yet to experience for myself. Perhaps that is why I am so captivated by babies... hoping that one day, soon, I too will have the chance to adore my own little bundle. I am keeping the prayers alive.

Thank you all for the trust, confidence, and acknowledgments you extend to me on a daily basis... it IS appreciated.

9 day old charmer. Lemoore Baby Photographer

A funny coincidence... Yesterday's little angel was born on he same day as todays, and the families live about a mile apart. After observing all their similarities and a series of questions, we soon discovered that not only were the babies born in the same hospital less than an hour apart, but the Daddies are good friends! How fun that each family, independently of one another, called me in to photograph their new arrivals without ever telling the other. What are the chances?

I had a great time with this family who were real sports in letting me try some new things with their little bundle. What proud parents they are! (Mike, thanks again for making my tummy happy, it paid off!)

I just love looking at the image below, what a beautiful and classic newborn smile, it just melts my heart.

Welcome to the world Tommy.

A happy little bundle. Newborn Photography Lemoore

Today I had the pleasure to capture an 8 day old angel. What a beautiful baby full of smiles and so so sleepy. Look how precious that squishy little face is!

A wonderful Saturday in Santa Cruz

This is the third time I have photographed this cutie girl. She is nine months old and has been walking for a month now, to my amazement. She is one social baby, just how I like them... I was able to get so many happy baby photographs. This one below was a special treat, a moment that daddy and daughter should cherish for years.

This week I have two brand new babies to photograph and am looking forward to both of them. Stay tuned!

I will be offering "Bits and Pieces" for a limited time. Only $215

Spring orders will also receive a bonus 5 x 5 print to display on their desk!

2 beautiful sisters

Today I had the opportunity to make new friends at another one of my sessions. I spent the day with 3 beautiful ladies... mom, 3 year old big sister, and almost 2 month old little sister. We played, talked, ate peanut butter and jelly sandwiches, and took pictures of the girl's "life" in action. With the family living in the same neighborhood I just moved to, I know we will be seeing each other again and again.

Mom, its going to be hard to choose which photographs to print... they are all so wonderful that I am even having a hard time narrowing them down! Here are some of my initial favorites from our day together, I got carried away, I know... but they are all so precious. Enjoy

O, what a wonderful day! Baby Photographer Madera

I told myself that if I can get one more day free before Jury Duty I would use it wisely... Well, I found out early this morning that I do not have to go in to the courthouse until tomorrow, giving me today free!

There was no better way to spend my day then photographing a much anticipated newborn I have been looking so forward to meeting. This is 11 day old Isabella, whom I photographed while still in the womb.

We had so much fun today that mommy has given me the wonderful opportunity to photograph her 3 more times as she grows during this year! I have been so lucky with my last four newborns all being sleepy little angles, making me forget about the hours I have spent waiting for others to fall asleep.
Welcome to the world little "bella"

4 sleepy days old

I know Mom and Dad are going to love their "garden baby". The warm weather was perfect today to take this newborn session outdoors. At only 4 days in this world, she was an angel letting us move her around without a peep. We even got the bonus of big brother cooperating for a few precious moments.

9 months with so many expressions...

This handsome baby was ready for me as soon as I arrived and kept the personality shining for the first two clothing changes. He could hardly keep his eyes off of me and gave me the greatest smiles with a simple game of peek-a-boo.

He was a wonderful subject for being his first time in font of a professional camera. Mommy and Daddy will be proud!

Birthday ballerina

This beauty kept me on my toes, she is newly walking and exploring everything. What a sweet image of her in the tutu Mommy made for her 1st birthday. Happy Birthday little princess.

Peek-A-Boo!

I am fully moved into our new home and playing catch up before I am off to jury duty tomorrow morning. For many of you that have been so patient during my transition, your wait is almost over, I have a large group of orders that will be arriving this week.

It is the second time I have photographed this little man. I am once again amazed by those eye lashes of his! What a fun image of him playing peek a boo with his "best friend".

Wow, what a wonderful session I had today with this family. I fell in love with this bundle of happiness, she is such a delightful baby! Thank you for the honor of choosing me to photograph your beautiful little girl for the first time, I had a blast! What fun and unique images we were able to capture. This first one reminds me of a happy little chick hatching out of its egg.

BabyFest was a Hit!

Thank you to all the families that stopped by my booth to say hello, we had a wonderful time getting to meet the community. I am now in the middle of the "big move" I have been talking about... I look forward to being able to settle into my new house over the next few weeks.

I am blessed with being so busy and in demand. Every day I am booking more and more families, my schedule is filled for the rest of April and most of May, if you want a session in June please book with me now.

Also, I recently received the news that it is time for me to fulfill my civic responsibility of Jury duty. Beginning April 28th I will be out of the office for an unknown amount of time until my "duty" is over. For all of you that have been waiting for order, please continue to be patient, I promise the wait will be worth it!

Spring is in the air!

With the arrival of spring and warmer weather I am experiencing a little baby boom here at I See Beauty... 5 precious newborns in the last week and a half. I am also very busy preparing for tomorrows Baby Fest Event. Finally, amongst all the other exciting things going on, we are also moving to a new home in the Fresno High area. Please be patient with me during this transition.

Here is handsome 8 day old Demetrius who I photographed this morning. Mom drove 4 hours just so I would be the one to take his first photographs. Thank you for the honor. I am happy to say that their trip was well worth while, we were able to capture so many amazing images.

sweet angel baby, only 6 days old. Baby Photography

It is so much fun when a baby sleeps the entire session without as much as a whimper, and will easily mold into any position you put them in. This is so rare, but a gift when it happens. Thank you baby Ayla for being a perfect angel today.

7 weeks left

What a wonderful afternoon I spent with this couple. I have the privilege to meet and get to know so many exceptional families in this community through my photography and it is such an honor that they choose to invite me into their lives. Like many of my clients, I met this couple for the first time at their photo session. They started the session as my clients and ended the session as friends!

5 day old blessing

Mom and Dad are so proud of their new little man. Once he fell asleep and we carefully moved him into position, he snuggled up and gave us the opportunity to capture some of the most precious newborn photographs. I know this family will treasure them for a long time.

my newest little challenge...

Many new and expecting parents believe that the precious sleeping newborn photographs I am able to capture are only with uniquely well behaved, always sleeping babies, that do not cry. The truth is that each newborn session takes hours of patience, full tummies, and a touch of positive thinking.

I have yet to walk away from a session without capturing many treasured memories, it is my goal when I enter their house, and I have always succeeded.

Today, this little one wanted to challenge my unbroken record, but he did not prevail. In the end he gave up and went to sleep just long enough to let us create some wonderful images of him in his most fleeting stage of life. With these photographs, my blog has come full circle, I photographed baby Carter in the womb with mom and dad in early February.
